There are dozens of ways to cook pork loin steaks. And, because they're low in fat they make for a healthy option.
Just remember that lean meat dries out very easily. So, to keep them moist, don't overcook them. It's best not to kook them straight from the fridge either, leave them out for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
A good way to keep loin steaks nice and moist is to cook them in a roasting bag. Grab the steaks, some veggies, a bit of water, seasoning and a bay leaf... put it all in a roasting bag and pop it in the oven.
Delivered loose in a plain plastic catering bag.
Because this is fresh meat expect a bit of discolouration where the meat has been in contact with the air and a little bit of liquid to collect in the bag.
