Technical purposes essential to the effective working of the website, for example, identifying a customer when they visit the website, displaying them information specific to them or keeping track of specific preferences

The inclusion of a link to another site on Our Site is for information only and does not imply any endorsement of the sites themselves or of those in control of them.
The product prices quoted on the website are likely to differ from the final product price on the customer invoice. This is due to the nature of freybors market buying and selling process. Market prices are continually in flux and we buy at the current market price of that day and time.
Weights delivered to you may differ from the product weights displayed on the website. Meat for example will generally vary slightly from the weight guidelines we have on the website.
A 10% price buffer is given to each product. This means that if any product is 10% more expensive than the total product price on the website we will not buy or deliver it.
Attributes of a product, for example the origin, may differ between what is displayed on the website and what is delivered to you.
Our website allows to share bulk with other group members. This means you can buy part of a bulk product i.e 1Kg of a 3Kg bag of Beef Mince Meat. However we only deliver bulk items so we will online deliver the 3Kg bag of Beef Mince Meat once the other remaining 2Kg are bought, either by you or other group members.
Once the cutoff time is met all orders that have been confirmed will be processed and added to the delivery.
In a group multiple each group member can add their own card in order to pay for their part of the order. If one of these are declined at any point Freybors reserves the right to cancel the card owner's order and all other group members orders.
Inpidual group members are able to pay for each others orders with their own card if they wish to.
Our website allows multiple people to add and remove parts of a bulk product. If a part is removed it can create an incomplete bulk item (box). If this happens the bulk item will not be delivered until such time as all parts of the bulk item (box) are assigned to group members.
Once you have confirmed your order you are accepting to have delivered and to pay for what is in your basket, plus 10% for price buffering once the order cut-off time is met.
The exception for this is if a group member chooses, on the website, to pay for you. Then, once they confirm their order they will be agreeing to pay for what is in your basket at the point the order cutoff time is met. This applies to any group member who wishes to pay for another group member.
In the case that a bulk item (box) is incomplete after the cut-off time has been met it will be removed from the group order and not be delivered. Each group member who is still attempting to share the bulk item (box) will have the parts they were assigned removed from their order and their total cost will be adjusted accordingly.
All group orders will generally be delivered to one address.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract will take place when we despatch the goods to you.
We will only deliver if the group minimum order of £50 is met.
We reserve the right to remove any items from your basket and/or order of the wrong information is displayed. For example an erroneous price.
Some prices on Our Site include VAT. If the VAT rate changes between your Order being placed and Us taking payment, the amount of VAT payable will be automatically adjusted when taking payment.
Once your order is delivered to the group delivery address and signed for we will charge your card.
We use Stripe Payments Europe Limited to manage our payments. Stripe are audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the highest level of certification available. By signing up to the Freybors Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Stripe Payments Europe Limited.
Where payments have been withheld we reserve the right to refuse delivery and to cancel your account. You agree to compensate us in full for all reasonable costs and expenses (including legal costs) in obtaining payments that have not been made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
We cannot accept any liability for how long it takes the banks to process your payment.
We will deliver to the address stated as the delivery address on the website. This will be the address delivered to in the case of one person buying or multiple group members buying.
We reserve the right to not deliver to all locations. If you are outside of our delivery area it is unlikely we will deliver to you. Some products may also not be able to be delivered to certain areas so we also reserve the right not deliver all products to all areas.
You are responsible for the correct delivery address and instructions to be entered.
At the point the delivery is signed for Freybors Ltd is no longer responsible for the goods. Suitable arrangements must be made by the person accepting delivery to keep any goods we deliver that need to be refrigerated between 1 and 5 degrees Celsius until such time as they can be refrigerated or frozen.
Where the delivery instructions have been followed, we will not accept liability for damage to, or theft of your goods, nor will we accept any liability for any incidents which may arise as a result of the theft or damage to such goods.
We aim to deliver you goods within the chosen delivery window, however if this is not possible we do not accept liability. We also do not accept liability all or some of the goods in your order.
