Description
Beef riblets are just a smaller version of normal beef ribs.
Taste wise there’s no difference, they’re just as meaty, flavoursome and tender. And they take just as well to sticky sauces as they do to spice rubs.
You even cook them exactly as you would any other ribs.
The only real difference is they’re smaller, which means a bit less meat and they’ve got a more crunchy, crispy texture. Which makes them great for appetisers and parties.
They’re also good for popping into casseroles, stews or soups, to add a bit more flavour.
