Description
Strips of beef best suited to noodles, hot pots and broths.
These beef strips work best because as the meat cooks in liquid it softens and tenderises. Whereas tender meat would toughen and dry.
We use a mix of Thick flank, Ranch steak, Topside, Skirt and Flank.
They work fine with all sorts of dishes. Here are some ideas:
Beef and Rice Soup Comforting Korean soup known as "Sogogi-Beoseot Gukbap," featuring beef strips, rice, and mushrooms in a beef-based broth.
Beef Goulash Hungarian soup/stew with beef, paprika, and vegetables in a tomato-based broth.
