Description
These are “top of the line” Minute steaks.
Made from Prime rump – so they’ve got more flavour than Sirloin, but aren’t quite as tender.
That doesn't matter here though... because these are sliced very thin (about 1cm thick) which makes them taste tender anyway.
And they're incredibly versatile. Use them for BBQs, a healthy steak salad or even escalopes.
Better still, bring them out for a midweek dinner – with a few chips and a sauce made from red wine and shallots.
Tip Before you flash fry these steaks, pop them in the freezer for 15 minutes. They'll cool down in the centre and be less likely to overcook.
