This mince works with a wide range of recipes.
It has a mild flavour – so it's a bit of a blank canvas. And that means any flavours, spices or seasonings you add will come shining through. Especially if you add a glug of olive oil to the mix.
This mince cooks quicker than 10 or 20 percent fat mince. So you don't need to wait hours for it to be ready. An hour or so will do fine.
