Description
Good, old fashioned, stewing steak, that ticks all the boxes.
This is made from three cuts: Silverside, Chuck and Short rib.
And each plays its own role.
Every cut is slightly different and brings something unique to the mix. Be it flavour, tenderness or texture.
Together they create a well rounded, flavourful mix – which means you can't possibly go wrong with this.
Just as long as you slow cook it for long enough, at least 3-4 hours. And more if you can.
